  • You can submit as many design requests as you'd like during your membership. Requests are placed in your creative queue and completed based on priority, scope, and complexity.

  • As many as you need. There is no monthly project limit.

  • Smaller requests can often be completed within a few business days. Larger projects are broken into milestones with clear expectations around timing. Turnaround depends on the scope and complexity of the work.

  • Perfect. Add them to your queue and we'll prioritize them together. If something urgent comes up, priorities can change.

  • Yes. Reasonable revisions are included in your membership. The goal is to get the work right—not nickel-and-dime you over another round of edits.

  • Larger-scale projects such as full website builds, comprehensive rebrands, complex development, extensive publications, or unusually large production projects may require a separate scope. If something falls outside the membership, you'll know before work begins.
