Work on your project begins once the initial deposit has been received. At that time, we will collaborate with you to gather all necessary content, assets, and requirements needed to move forward with the design process.

3. Cancellation Terms

Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you choose to cancel the project after submitting the initial deposit, the deposit will not be refunded. You will not be charged for any work not yet completed beyond the deposit amount.

Company-Initiated Cancellation
In rare or unforeseen circumstances where Vative Creative must cancel a project, a full refund of the initial deposit will be issued.

4. Project Delays

If a project is delayed due to client inactivity, missing materials, or lack of communication, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes. Extended delays may result in additional fees or the project being placed on hold.

If delays occur on our end, we will communicate promptly and provide an updated project timeline.

5. Revisions & Approvals

We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure your satisfaction. Timely feedback and approvals are essential to maintaining the project schedule. Delayed responses may impact delivery timelines.

6. Final Payment

Once the project is completed and approved, the remaining balance is due. Final payment must be received before the website is delivered or launched.

Failure to submit final payment within the agreed timeframe may result in project suspension or termination.

7. Ongoing Support

After launch, we offer optional annual website maintenance, with pricing determined based on your website’s specific needs. This service covers updates, bug fixes, and general support for a flat yearly rate.
