JB Coastal Media

JB Coastal Media is a social media management brand focused on helping small businesses show up consistently online—without the overwhelm. Founded by Jessie Busson, the business centers on simplicity, alignment, and genuine connection.

The goal of this project was to create a digital presence that felt approachable, trustworthy, and reflective of her calm, supportive approach to social media strategy.

The Challenge

Jessie had a clear vision:
She didn’t want a loud, over-marketed “agency” website.

She needed something that felt:

  • Personal, not corporate

  • Clear, not overwhelming

  • Supportive, not salesy

The challenge was translating an intangible feeling—ease, trust, and clarity—into a structured, conversion-focused website.
